For months we have been planning/thinking/stressing about the shower. My Mom, Oma, and I were so excited to throw it but just wanted it to be perfect for Leah & Ben. An expression of our love to them and the wonderful women joining us for the celebration.
Saturday Oma and Opa came in town to help prep for the big shower day. Opa is such a help with Jack. They are total buddies. Very cool to see my Opa building a relationship with my son, not many have that opportunity and I am thankful for it. Oma of course is a master in the kitchen. It was a little intimitdating being in charge of cooking the main dish since my Oma and Mom are amazing cooks. Pretty sure Oma made lots of extra desserts in case my meal was a flop:) We were a good team though and I just love these ladies!
