During our summer vacation Mike and Dad started calling Jack the little CEO, because he is up and ready to get his day started at 4am! There is just too much to get done during the day to waste time on sleep! Here he is zooming around the kitchen getting into everything he shouldn't way before I have even made my first cup of coffee.
He's way too cute though for me to stay frustrated! Last night I had my first "Mom's Night Out". It was so much fun! Everyday I meet more amazing women down here! I can't wait for the next night out:)
Jack is in total crawling mode. He is happier I think now that he can get around by himself, and boy is he quick! Of course he is into everything he shouldn't be into. I really need to keep baby proofing.
A new Jack discovery is that he LOVES Jimmy Buffett! He was being such a pill and then I turned on some Buffett for a dance party and he settled down. I did the same thing today and it worked again! I am loving it! For other Mom's out there here is the link to
radio Margaritaville! It's worth a shot:) It either works for Jack because A.) I listened to it a lot when I was pregnant, B.) it sounds a little bit like fun kids music, C.) he is destined to be a beach bum. Lets hope his love for JB is because of A & B!
