I am dilated 3 to 4 cm, 60% effaced, head is down, blood pressure not high but higher than my BP has been, bump measured 33 weeks and because of another ultrasound we know that she is measuring about 6lbs. 15oz. My original Doctor is back from her maternity leave and I have to say I am over seeing four different doctors and getting four different opinions. They all measure me differently and all want to order ultrasounds to make sure she is growing like baby girl should. Come on doctors I am 6 feet tall, I am sure I have more room than the average preggers mama! After another 2 hour appointment though we got news that all was good and Baby girl is looking great, measuring perfectly at 37 weeks and 2 days! Phew. Really not looking forward to another Doctor's appointment next week...Lucy you can come now:)
It was fun to have Mom at the appointment this week! She got to hear the heartbeat and get a glimpse of Baby Girl's little heart beating away. Loved having the company and help in the waiting room with Jack. I wish I could keep her until...umm...forever.
Still feeling good physically but I told Mike on our date night that I just feel "whacked out" from hormones. Tired, dizzy, sometimes nauseous, and just not myself at all. I totally over did it in the Saturday 108 degree heat (110 heat index), Mom and I went shopping and I had really bad Braxton Hicks all night. Thank goodness the weather has cooled down to the upper 80's! At this point I am just on edge every minute waiting for my water to break. I am getting so excited to meet my sweet little girl I can barely stand it!!!!
Preppy and I got to go on a nice little date night thanks to our free best-babysitter-in-the-world, Mimi:) It was so nice to spend some quiet time with just the hubby. Love him!
