Thankful for You, Preppy

Today Preppy surprised me and came home at lunch to deliver Panera, and to change a stinky diaper that Jack just created upon his arrival. It was just as romantic of a moment as holding my hand while watching a sunset on the beaches of tunnel park. Oh how life has changed!

Thank you for all of the grocery shopping and tantrum handling lately too! Being pregnant is hard, but I forget that being married to a pregnant person is equally challenging. Your beloved wife turns into a different person right in front of your eyes rather quickly. My waist line looks like it has quadrupled, I go through emotional roller coasters daily, wake you up in the middle of the night with every potty break, and probably seem plain lazy.

I couldn't do this parenting thing without you. I feel like we are finally getting into a swing with things, only to be thrown a major curve ball any day now, but I know we can handle it together. Small children are a lot of work and take up the majority of our attention. But I always want to make our marriage a top priority. Setting an example for our kids of a strong marriage with a solid foundation. A husband and wife in love. Who want to be together. And have fun together. Encouraging and praying for one another. Always displaying love and respect. It is one of the greatest gifts we can give Jack and Lucy!
